The Foxes picked up a further 14 points to move to 7th in the Rothesay County Championship Division One, getting the better of the contest against Glamorgan at Sophia Gardens.
Another run-fest occurred, this time in Wales as the Foxes racked up another huge score with contributions all the way down the order, having worked hard to bowl the hosts out for 440 in their first innings, with crucial lower-order runs, ensuring Glamorgan stayed in touch.
Jake Weatherald continued his brilliant start to the season, getting over the line with an unbeaten 104, with the only downside being his injury that forced him to retire. Starts came for Rishi Patel, Ian Holland, Lewis Hill, Stevie Eskinazi and Ben Cox, with debutant Jonny Tattersall showing his quality replacing IPL-bound Rehan Ahmed, with a classy century, the first in Leicestershire colours.
